HOTEL/ACCOMMODATION PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Pick up time is 15-20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. 2) Kindly prepare 30 minutes before the scheduled time of departure as indicated in your travel voucher to avoid any delay. CANCELLATION POLICY: 1) All confirmed bookings may be modified or cancelled with full refund as long as the amendment is made one day or at least 5 hours before your arrival or departure. 2) Failure to arrive without informing us at the Company one day before or at least 5 hours before the your scheduled arrival will be treated as No Show and No Refund will be given. 3) On the spot cancellation is allowed but Non Refundable.
